Can't Log In?
If you're having trouble accessing the new site, it's most likely because you have not yet confirmed your email address with the site's user management system. When you first entered your information to register with the site, you had to type in your email address. If you typed that address incorrectly, the email never got to you. If your computer filtered out the confirmation email as "junk" mail, the email is hiding in your junk mail folder. If your email server (Telus, Shaw, Hotmail, etc) is automatically filtering what it considers to be junk email before it sends messages to your computer, that email is hiding on the server.
Find the confirmation email and click the link to activate your account. If you can't find that email, try checking your junk folder. If it's not there, try checking your email server directly (usually via "webmail"). If you can't find that email anywhere, let me know (darin_j@telus.net).
